How it Works

Our Process

Curious how to start the process of building a custom residential home? The process is simple.

Planning

Once a building lot is found and secured, sit down with us and our architect to start the planning process. Even if you only know the style or size of the home you want, we can start mapping out the perfect home for you and your needs.

Follow Up and Revisions

Based on our initial meeting, the architect will create plans. Follow up meetings are typically arranged to ensure the plans are exactly as you want them. Once you approve, the architect will deliver final plans.

Permit Time

Now that we have a final plan in place, it is time to file for a building permit with the city or town you'll be building in. This is typically one of the most stressful periods as the wait can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks or more.
